The various performances of artificial grass products must be checked and accepted before construction to ensure the use efficiency of the completed construction and the qualification rate of the overall project quality. The routine testing items are as follows:
1. The number of grass seedlings per unit area and the length and width of grass seedlings;
2. The unit weight of grass fiber, this requirement is in addition to the size, size, but also to ensure the fineness of grass fiber;
3. Grass fibre ignition point detection;
4. The tensile strength test of grass fiber, on the one hand, the tensile strength standard of grass fiber itself, on the other hand, the degree of adhesion of grass fiber and the lining is tested;
5. The detection of the filling material in grass fiber, including the particle size, gradation, hardness, mud content and rubber particle routine detection;
6. The compressibility of grass fiber is mainly to detect the elasticity of the ball on the grass fiber and the sense of adaptability when the athlete runs and jumps on the grass fiber.
The current detection methods and standards are as follows
1. To test the tensile properties of the artificial grass bonding method and mechanical breakage and other pull-off force;
2. To detect the anti-wear properties of artificial grass, which can be used for artificial grinding;
3. Detection of shock absorption performance, available bounce results of the ball on grass fibers, and bouncing effects at different angles;
4. Test artificial grass in various natural conditions of color durability, wear resistance, tensile strength, etc., the conditions are vacuum conditions, humid conditions, high temperature and low temperature conditions.
